Go to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS -> Add the below code there and click Publish

.hearder-holder .logo-default img {
max-width: 150px!important;
}

This will set the maximum width of your logo to be 150 pixels.

Thank you very much, it helped! And how about slider photos, which comes from post featured photos ? Is there similar code that solves low resolution problem?
